Manipulated

I never learnt my lesson, to not show that I am vulnerable in certain ways;
I never learnt my lesson, to not allow others to manipulate my thoughts, my emotions,  me..

Much that I wish I could stand up stronger and much that I want to toughen up, some people are just good in their own way, to make you do certain things they want you to do.
They play with words, and worst of all, guilt.
